2024 Resilient Nation Partnership Network Forum
The Partnership Forum is hosted by FEMA and a different partner organization each year. During this event, we discuss topics across resilience and mitigation. By convening experts who represent all facets of the Whole Community, the Forum is a chance to discuss some of the most complex challenges facing our nation; share lessons learned, best practices and personal stories; and work together on innovative ideas to advance natural hazard resilience.
The virtual series will occur every Thursday in April from 1-3 p.m.

In today’s entertainment industry, the need for creating a safe environment for both cast and crew while filming on-screen intimacy has never been more critical. In this Advisor Studio, Certified Intimacy Coordinator Marci Liroff will offer valuable insights into the role of an intimacy coordinator, navigating challenges and sensitivities while choreographing intimate scenes, how this collaboration aids in creating authentic and creative performances, and how to ensure safety and consent.

Sundance Film Festival CDMX 2024
Cinépolis, the leading theatrical exhibition company in Mexico and Latin America, and the Sundance Institute have partnered to launch Sundance Film Festival CDMX. The first edition will take place April 25–28 in two centrally located cinemas of Mexico City, Cinépolis Diana and Cinépolis Miyana. A selection of films from the 2024 Sundance Film Festival will be presented.

Master Class: Changing the Narrative - Climate Representation in Film & TV with Jessie Keyt
Led by writer, consultant, activist, and educator Jessie Keyt, Changing the Narrative: Climate Representation in Film and TV will introduce you to the multiple sub-genres of climate storytelling (e.g., cli-fi, indigenous knowledge, ecodramas), discuss the differences between writing for film and television, and expose you to a variety of formats, from shorts to features.

Sundance Film Festival: London 2024
The Festival will showcase a full program of fiction and documentary features that premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival in Utah in January, specially curated for London by the Sundance programming team in collaboration with Picturehouse. A special program of UK shorts will play, as well as a strand of repertory titles to celebrate Sundance Film Festival’s 40th year of the U.S. edition, plus a series of public talks to bring big ideas to life. Passes are on sale now, with early bird pricing in effect until April 26.

Sundance Institute x Chicago 2024
Choose Chicago and the Chicago Film Office, in partnership with the Sundance Institute, will present the first annual Sundance Institute x Chicago 2024 this summer. Taking place June 28–30, Sundance Institute x Chicago 2024 will feature artists programs, film screenings and events across the city.

2024 Sundance Film Festival Asia
Sundance Institute and G2Go Entertainment officially announced the return of the 2024 edition of Sundance Film Festival Asia in Taipei, Taiwan this August 21–25, 2024. Submissions are now open for Sundance Film Festival Asia’s annual Short Film Competition for Taiwanese filmmakers, providing a unique opportunity for emerging local talent to elevate their films on an international platform. Submissions are now open through to May 31, 2024.
